HANLEY: FORTY-TWO-YEAR-OLD Oskaas
Kravalis, of Mynors Street, Hanley, is accused of drink-driving and driving
without insurance on December 31. Magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice
Centre adjourned the case to arrange for a Latvian interpreter to be present.
Kravalis is next due before the court on January 21.
