LONGTON: FORTY-YEAR-OLD Maris Dombovskis, of Kildare Street, Longton,
faces charges of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, driving
without insurance and without a licence in Chaplin Road, Longton, on January
19.
District Judge Jack McGarva adjourned the case at North Staffordshire
Justice Centre until February 29 to arrange for an interpreter.
